How Karsan wireless detection works
Five steps from the first trace of smoke to action on site.
- Detect
A smoke, heat or multi detector senses a fire. Each detector has its own unique address.
- Transmit
The detector sends a radio signal. There is no cable to cut or damage.
- Announce
The hooter cum flasher reads the zone and sounds a 105 dB alarm with a red strobe.
- Display
The wireless panel shows the zone, sounds its own siren, and can give voice guidance.
- Act
Control modules can start exhaust fans or stop air handling units. Monitor modules bring in signals from flow switches and wired panels.
